Aqualis ASA : Mandatory notification of trade

BHB Capital Management AS, a company controlled by Bjørn Håvard Brænden, Director Norway at Aqualis, has today acquired 8’420 shares at an average purchase price of NOK 10.60 per share. After this transaction Bjørn Håvard Brænden, and related parties, hold 292’331 shares in Aqualis.
