Updated registered share capital

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of June 26th 2015 regarding the employee share purchase scheme.

The new shares have been now issued and the Company’s new share capital of NOK 4 350 573,7 divided into 43 505 737 shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret). 5 294 orders received were not eligible and a total of 315 193 new shares were issued in connection with the share purchase scheme.
