About
Dame is an experienced mariner with over nine years in the Senegalese navy, where he served as an Executive Officer and Commanding Officer on offshore patrol vessels. Dame has demonstrated in-depth knowledge and experience of the operations, regulations, systems, facilities, equipment’s, actors & procedures present in both the maritime and oil & gas sectors in Senegal.
He studied a master’s degree in Maritime and Naval Sciences and an Advanced master’s in petroleum engineering.
Having joined ABL Senegal in June 2022, he has helped establish the ABL group’s interests in the Senegalse business landscape.
