Mr Liang has 16 years’ experience in offshore vessel operation for various CNOOC offshore oil engineering projects. He has a Senior DPO qualification, 14 years of working experience on DP2 and DP3 ships. As a marine surveyor, he has participated in MWS for offshore oil engineering surveys, MWS for towage, cargo damage surveys, cargo loading/stowage/lashing surveys and transportation approvals, suitability and operational condition survey of offshore vessels. He also works on lay-up surveys and ISM/ISPS/MLC & Condition inspections.
