Capt. Yoffi Eriyanto holds an Indonesian Master Mariner Foreign Going Class 1 CoC (Unrestricted); Master of 3000GT or More Unlimited Voyage issued by Indonesia Ministry of Transportation. Marine Warranty Surveyor for Offshore Lifting and Installations, Pipelines Installation onboard Derrick Lay Barges.
Performed IMCA audit, OVID inspection, and Suitability surveys on behalf of major oilfield operators / offshore contractors on a variety of vessels, including anchor handling, towing, supply vessels, crew boat, tugs and deck cargo barges. Witnessed and carried out approvals for the load out and offloading of general project equipment, specialised and heavy items, towage approvals (75 – Incident / Losses NIL); Location Approvals / Moves of Jack-Up Oil Rigs / Semis / TARs / Swamp Barges as MWS / Marine Advisor / Rig Mover of Jack-up Rigs, Rig Tenders and Swamp Barges. Perform different types of surveys, such as Towing and Transport Approval, Marine Representative on behalf of oil field operators & Barge Move, ROB consumable and Condition surveys, Hull & Machinery, Stowage and Lashing Approval.
He holds an AVI IMCA CMID and OVID Inspector. He has also handled various damage surveys, H&M and P&I Condition Surveys.
